Is it fine just to buy the refill without the case? I have some good sponges already. I'm looking at Stila's and Shiseido's powder foundations, I just would rather buy the refill without the compact. Would I be able to store it in the plastic container I assume they are shipped in?Do you have to buy the compact / case to go along with powder foundation?
Stila and Shiseido have lovely powder foundations. I think it's okay to buy refills as long as you can store them with convenience.
